Fatawa regarding fasting and zakah

This is a brief word of advice related to the virtue of fasting and standing at night for prayer during Ramadan, and the virtue of competing to do righteous deeds during it. Alongside this is an explanation of some important rules that some people are not aware of. Also contained are writings pertaining to the pillar of Islam: Zakah. It is an obligation which many of the Muslims have taken lightly. Therefore they do not give it in the way that it is legislated to be given, even with its great status as a Pillar of Islam; without which Islam’s structure cannot be established properly.
